Fern having food
Monitor passcode: 0620 Press the icon circled in red to input carbs for food. Input the amount of carbs for food in the Carb box and then click Use Sensor to work out the Total Bolus. Once done click CONFIRM. Insulin will be delivered through pump. If sensor drops out of range this often happens and you need to wait 5-10 mins for it to pick up. Fern needs to keep monitor close. If sensor drops out for a long time call me and I can talk you through that. Give 1 sugar tablet if Fern is low and wait 15mins for blood sugar levels to rise to normal. If no improvement after that time then give another tablet.
